3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • App Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including its UI, design, code, and underlying AI technology structure) are and will remain the exclusive property of Info Display Services.

  • Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated outputs (photos, logos, ads, avatars) for personal and commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be fully copyrightable under certain jurisdictions.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP)

  • The app operates on a Freemium model. Basic features are free, while premium AI models, high-resolution downloads, and exclusive assets require a "PRO" subscription or one-time In-App Purchase.

  • Billing: All transactions are processed through Google Play Billing. You agree to the terms and conditions of Google Play.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Store account settings. Refunds are handled strictly according to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. Privacy and Face Data Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information, including the temporary processing of face data for AI Avatars and photo editing, is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services The app utilizes third-party APIs (for AI generation) and advertising networks (like Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Info Display Services makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of the AI-generated results, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI technology can sometimes produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unintended results.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Info Display Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, or any content generated through the app.

9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
