2. Educational Purposes & No Financial Advice Chart AI is strictly an educational tool designed to provide market insights, technical analysis, and pattern recognition. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The data and AI-generated insights provided by the App do not guarantee future market performance. Financial markets are highly volatile, and you should always consult a certified financial or legal advisor before making any trading decisions, risking capital, or entering the market. You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

3. Use of the Application

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases Chart AI offers a "Premium" subscription that unlocks unlimited analyses and advanced features.

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google; we do not process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, algorithms, and interfaces within the App are the exclusive property of INFO DISPLAY SERVICES LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INFO DISPLAY SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

  • Any trading or investment decisions made based on the insights, analysis, or information provided by the App.

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's data.

7. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
