    Info Display Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) develops and operates AI Photo, Logo & Ad Maker (the “App” or “Application”). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding our data processing activities.

    This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our mobile application across iOS, Android, and macOS platforms. It explains how we collect, use, process, store, transmit, and protect your information when you interact with our AI creation tools, templates, in-app purchases, and advertising features.

    • User Profile: When setting up or editing your profile, you may enter a display name and professional designation (e.g., “Digital Artist”), and select a local avatar picture. This profile information is stored locally on your device in secure sandboxed storage.
    • Text Prompts & Creative Inputs: Creative text descriptions, style keywords, brand names, color palettes, and generation settings you submit to create images, logos, ads, or videos.
    • Customer Inquiries: Details and contact email you provide when contacting our support team or submitting feedback.

    B. Information Collected Automatically

    • Analytics Telemetry (Firebase Analytics): Screen view events (e.g., onboarding, AI tools, paywall views), interaction timestamps, session durations, and aggregated feature usage.
    • Crash & Diagnostic Reports (Firebase Crashlytics & AppLogger): Unhandled exceptions, stack traces, correlation IDs, operating system version, device model, and hardware performance metrics to diagnose stability issues.
    • Advertising Identifiers & Consent Strings (Google AdMob & UMP): Advertising ID (Apple IDFA on iOS with user permission; Google Advertising ID on Android), coarse geographic location based on IP address, and ad interaction metrics.
    • In-App Purchase Receipts (RevenueCat & App Stores): Store transaction identifiers, purchase dates, subscription validity periods, and credit wallet balances. We never access or store payment card details; all financial transactions are processed by Apple or Google.

    C. Media, Files & Facial Processing

    • User Reference Photos & Videos: Images or clips you choose from your device photo library or capture with your camera to feed into AI tools (Image-to-Video, Face Swap, Background Removal, Image Upscale, Character Animation).
    • Temporary Cloud Processing: Media submitted for generation is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections to dedicated cloud infrastructure (api.crun.ai and kieai.redpandaai.co) solely to execute the requested rendering job.
    • Facial Landmark Processing: When utilizing Face Swap or Character Animation features, facial landmarks are detected transiently to map features onto the selected visual effect. We do not build facial recognition databases or retain permanent biometric templates.

    1. Delivering AI Creative Generations: Routing prompts and reference media to specialized AI models (such as Google Veo/Gemini, FLUX, Kling AI, ByteDance Seedream, OpenAI GPT/Sora, MiniMax, Qwen, Runway, WanX) to render outputs.
    2. Managing Credits & Subscriptions: Maintaining your consumable credit balance and verifying subscription status via RevenueCat.
    3. Application Stability & Error Resolution: Analyzing crash logs and performance traces to ensure smooth functionality across device models.
    4. Serving Advertisements: Displaying non-personalized or personalized ads via Google AdMob in accordance with user consent and regional privacy laws.
    5. Feature Configuration: Managing dynamic parameters, limits, and UI adjustments via Firebase Remote Config.

    6. AI Processing & Facial Data Protection

    AI Content & Biometrics Commitment

    • No Foundation Model Training: Your private uploaded photos, prompts, and generated media are not used to train public generative AI foundational models.
    • Ephemeral Facial Processing: Face swap and character animation features analyze facial features strictly for the real-time execution of the requested visual output. Facial data is automatically deleted from generation caches after processing.
    • No Persistent Biometric Templates: We do not extract, store, or sell biometric identification templates or facial recognition profiles.

    7. Data Storage & Retention

    • Local Device Storage: Profile name, designation, local avatar file paths, credit balances, and generation history records reside in local storage (SharedPreferences). You can permanently delete this data by deleting history items in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
    • Server-Side Processing Media: Reference images uploaded for generation are purged automatically after job fulfillment.
    • Aggregated Diagnostics: Firebase crash and analytics logs are retained in pseudonymized form according to Google’s standard data retention schedules (2 to 14 months).

    8. Your Rights & Privacy Choices (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

    Under international privacy laws, you possess comprehensive rights regarding your personal information:

    • Access & Portability: Request details regarding data collected about your device.
    • Erasure / Deletion: Clear your local generation history and profile directly within the app, or request deletion of server-side telemetry identifiers.

      • Open Profile Tab > Support & Privacy > Privacy Choices inside the App to adjust your ad consent settings at any time.
      • On iOS: Revoke tracking permission under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > AI Photo Logo Ad Maker.
      • On Android: Reset or delete your Advertising ID under Android Settings > Google > Ads.
    • Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against users who choose to exercise their statutory privacy rights.
