 Info Display Services ("we", "us", or "our") built the AI Photo, Logo & Ad Maker app as a Freemium app. This service is provided by Info Display Services and is intended for use "as is".   • Use of Face Data: The facial data extracted from your uploaded images is used only in real-time to generate the requested avatar or edit. We do not use this data for facial recognition, identity verification, or any other unrelated purposes.

  • Storage and Retention: The images and associated face data are processed on secure, third-party AI servers. We do not permanently store your original images or the generated face data on our servers. All face data and original images are automatically deleted from the processing servers shortly after the AI generation process is complete (typically within 24 hours).

  • Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your face data or uploaded images to any third-party marketing agencies. The data is only transmitted securely to our trusted AI API providers strictly for processing the requested output.

3. Text Prompts and Generated Content Any text inputs, brand details (such as names and taglines for logos/ads), and prompts you enter into the app to generate AI content are processed to provide the service. We may retain logs of generic prompts to improve our AI models' accuracy, but these are not linked to your personal identity.

4. Third-Party Services The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services are used for AI processing, analytics, advertising, and handling In-App Purchases (IAP). Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app:

Log Data & Analytics We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
