1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Trade AI mobile application ("the App"), provided by INFO DISPLAY SERVICES LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Educational Purposes & No Financial Advice

Trade AI is strictly an educational and visual data analysis tool designed to provide structural market insights, technical analysis education, and visual pattern recognition. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The data, visual summaries, and AI-generated educational insights provided by the App do not guarantee future market performance or trading success. Financial markets are highly volatile, and you should always consult a certified financial or legal advisor before making any trading decisions, risking capital, or entering the market. You acknowledge that you use the App and its educational insights entirely at your own risk.

3. Use of the Application

License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party APIs used by the App.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from us.

4. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Trade AI offers a "Premium" subscription that unlocks unlimited visual analyses and advanced educational features.

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google; we do not process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, visual algorithms, and interfaces within the App are the exclusive property of INFO DISPLAY SERVICES LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INFO DISPLAY SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

  • Any trading or investment decisions made based on the visual summaries, structural analysis, or educational information provided by the App.

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's visual data processing.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
